"Semantic Originalism" at the University of Michigan Political Science Department

It's 10:00 a.m. in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and I'm about to start a workshop in the Department of Political Science on "Semantic Originalism," a systematic development on my current take on the originalism debate.  My thanks in advance to Michigan graduate student Alex Jakle for his comments.
