The article illustrates the fundamental aspects of the international legal personality of international organizations (IOs) under international law.
Firstly, the work addresses to the main aspects of operations of the international legal personality of International organizations and discusses the consequences stemming from its operation.
To this end, the research studies the international legal personality of both universal and regional organizations in their constituent treaties in regard to operation and consequence’s perspectives.
