When children go to Court in Climate Justice Cases they do so without being able to address the racial inequality that often underpins their experienced climate harms. This because the Paris Agreement is the only UN Human Rights treaty that is not founded on the anti-discrimination principle. This is a Critical Race Theory analysis of Child rights in the Climate Justice Regime.
