Farrah Ahmed (University of Melbourne - Law School) has posted Fraternity (forthcoming in Gautam Bhatia, Aparna Chandra and Niraja Gopal Jayal (eds), The Cambridge Companion to the Constitution of India) on SSRN. Here is the abstract:
This chapter aspires to show that fraternity deserves attention as a constitutional value with strong moral underpinnings, a coherent conceptual core, a complex relationship with other preambular values – particularly dignity, equality, and liberty – and concerning implications that need to be more widely appreciated.
Highly recommended.
